In the fall of 2006, I began concepting the idea that would become fluX rAd. I was living in Washington D.C. and would often spend downtime drawing out shirt ideas I had on my sketchpad in a park inside Dupont Circle. I moved back to Richmond, VA at the beginning of 2007 and used my D.C. security deposit to press up the first run of fluX rAd t shirts.
Many drafts, presses, designer show cases, pitches to stores, and American Apparel catalogs followed over the next few years. The response has always been great and I thank each and every person that has ever purchased a shirt or made a kind remark about one of my designs.
The last pressing of shirts was in April of 2009. After almost 3 years I reached a creative lull and took a breather.
In the winter of 2010, I decided to take another whirl and pressed up 3 new designs which are at the bottom of the image above. You can buy them HERE!
